The Bhagavad Gita app does not collect, share or store any personal data. None at all.

What the app does not do

• it does not require registration and creates no accounts;
• it does not ask for your name, email, phone number or any other information about you;
• it contains no advertising and no advertising networks;
• it uses no analytics and no tracking;
• it shares nothing with third parties, because there is nothing to share.

What is kept on your device

So that you can continue where you stopped, the app remembers a few technical values: the chapter number, the position in the recording, the paragraph number, and your chosen book language, theme, type size and playback speed.

These values are stored only on your device, are never sent anywhere, and are deleted together with the app.

Internet

The text of the book is inside the app. The narration is downloaded from Apple's servers — this is the only thing the app goes online for. The download is handled by iOS itself, just as when apps are updated from the App Store; the app has no servers of its own and sends no information about you.

Once downloaded, the recording stays on your device, and the app works without a connection.

Children

The app is not made specifically for children, and it collects data about no one, children included. Age rating: 4+.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
